A recently released vulnerability allows an attack that could be used to execute arbitrary code. The flaw ranks 8.3 out of 10 on the CVSS scale, making it a high-severity vulnerability. A fix has been released, but it would pay to make sure that you are fully up to date here.
This is yet another reason why supporting alternative web engines such as that found in Firefox is worthwhile. While every web browser moves towards using the same backend, we concentrate risk.
